The Biz Directory is run by biz4Biz Limited, Unit 1b, Focus Four, Fourth Avenue, Letchworth, Hertfordshire, SG6 2TU.

The data held within The Biz Directory is provided on an 'as is' basis. Whilst biz4Biz will use reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the information within The Biz Directory it cannot warrant or guarantee the accuracy, reliability or legality of any of the information provided.

The information held on The Biz Directory is free to view.

Business owners may create a free basic record to market their company online. biz4Biz will offer additional chargeable services, such as adding videos or adverts, to enhance a company listing.

Company information can be amended or updated by either:

Claiming ownership of a company and directly editing The Biz Directory record. Submitting a change request to biz4Biz.

biz4Biz will require written proof that an individual is authorised to claim ownership of a company record before any amendments can be made.

In updating a company record on The Biz Directory you agree that:

• You will not claim a business listing unless you are the owner of the business or are authorised to do so by the owner or directors of the business.
• You will ensure that any content you upload:
• Does not infringe or breach any third-party copyright.
• Does not contain anything illegal, malicious, defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, abusive or inflammatory.

In the event, a company breaches the above rules biz4Biz reserves the right to suspend their Biz Directory account and remove or amend any offending content.
