About the company

Since 2006 we have been delivering better homes, communities and businesses through our 4,500 homes and 180 employees.

Although we work hard as a team to maintain our existing homes, we want to make a difference in people’s lives by building new ones.

To achieve this, we are dramatically increasing the number of new homes and make sure the homes we do have are used in the best way. We have spent the last few years expanding into new areas concentrating on the wider Hertfordshire and Essex.

B3Living is working towards the completion of two large scale regeneration schemes by 2023 and is investigating off-site manufacturing to reduce build cost by at least 10% and improve productivity.

Our Sustainability Lead will be tasked with researching and piloting new schemes and technologies that ensure the partnership is at the vanguard of modern, eco-friendly construction techniques.
