We help businesses of all sizes to attract and retain the talent they need – whether that’s working to engage young people about the world of work, recruiting and training the right talent, or providing opportunities for onward career progression.

We’re really fortunate to be part of the Hart Learning Group. We learn something new every day from our friends in North Hertfordshire College and in the schools we sponsor through the Hart Schools Trust.

Our advice about business engagement with young people is grounded in the first-hand experience of colleagues across the Group. We also get to draw on the huge pool of teaching expertise, and learning resources in the College.
